Below is a list of the most commonly asked questions:
A: On the product page, it will display whether or not that particular medications requires a prescription. If it does not mentioned anywhere that you need a prescription, then you do not need to submit one.
A: Yes, because 4RX.com ships from different countries, and depending on the medication, the laws in that country do not require you to have a prescription.
A: No, we do not provide this service. If you need a prescription, please see your medical doctor, and if you are unsure about taking a specific medication, we highly recommend talking to a professional.
A: In this circumstance, we highly advise you to ask your doctor to make sure taking more than 1 medication is safe. Some medications combined can be hazardous. If you are taking a medication (or more than 1), please seek a healthcare provider before purchasing anything from us to ensure your safety.

A: We currently accept two types of payment on our website: Credit Card (VISA only) and USA eCheck.
A: We ship via Registered Air Mail or EMS and delivery can take anywhere between 7 and 21 business days depending on which Shipping option you choose.
A: Depending where you are located, and which product you are ordering, we will ship your medication from one of our worldwide facilities. We ship most of our medications from India .

A: We can ship your order almost anywhere. We do not however, ship to Canada or Mexico and some other higher risk countries. Please check out our Shipping page for more information.
A: If you need to change your shipping address before your order has been shipped, you must submit a ticket to our Shipping department to let them know. Be sure to include your order number, name and the new shipping address (no PO Box). If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. You will not be able to change your address at that point.

A: When you click "Add To Cart" from any product page, you will be taken to our secure shopping cart, where you will be asked to fill in your contact information, shipping and billing information. At the bottom of the page you will be asked to input your Credit Card details. After you hit the "submit" button and confirm your order you will receive a Thank You page along with your order number.

A: To be considered "bio equivalent / therapeutically equivalent" to its brand name counterpart, a generic drug must have the identical active chemical compounds as well as the quantity and speed of absorption of its active ingredients into the bloodstream. Sometimes the generic version of a drug may differ in color or shape from its brand name counterpart - these differences have no effect on the medical action of the drug and are for commercial or patent reasons only.
A: The manufacturing facilities of all pharmaceutical companies, whether they are the makers of brand name or generic drugs, must pass stringent and regular inspections by the relevant authorities. There is no difference between the manufacturing standards set for generic pharmaceutical companies and those set for brand name pharmaceutical companies. Many companies that produce brand name drugs also make drugs sold under generic labels and vice versa.

A: You may cancel your order before your order is shipped (within 12 hours). We can not accept order cancellation once the order has been shipped. To learn more, please see our Cancellation Policies.
Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including original order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.

A: We do not accept any returns on medication, however if you have not received your order, or if you have been short-shipped, we can provide you a refund. Please see our Return and Refund policies for more details.
A: If something goes wrong with the shipment we will resend your package with an extra 10%, free of charge to you. Alternatively, if you do not wish to have that done, we can offer you a full refund. Please submit a ticket (Refund section) if you wish to request one.
